My account (janezhuravski@gmail.com) was deactivated unexpectedly. How can I activate it or at least redeem the points I've collected?

I had that happen to me, I just kept emailing them and eventually they reopened my account & all me points were still there.

First, Jane, NEVER EVER EVER post your email address on a board like this. Unless you like getting tons of spam cause you will.

TO answer your question though, go to mypoints.com and on the lower right corner is a help button. Put your question (and there you can put your email because only they will see it.) They usually answer within a few days. If not, try again.

I can say they recently changed some stuff around on their site and I had problems getting in. Sometimes it's just temporary. But try contacting them. Good luck.
