I don't think anyone has the answer for that one. There are a lot of us in the same boat. You can email 'Emma' but I wouldn't hold your breath for a reply. Just advise anyone thinking of joining My Survey not to bother.

Because they're CHEATERS. Find another survey site and report MySurvey as scammers.

This is a worst company I spent long time for 2 surveys and in the end the page would go blank. I earned nothing. Never take any survey from this company.

This is what happened to me back in August. I lost about $55 in points without them giving me any reason. I don't know why this happened. My account is suspended and inactive. They do not answer emails. I would guess that they might be having financial issues and cannot make any payouts. Sorry to hear about so many others losing their rewards after working hard to earn them. That is time spent for nothing.

After many years and losing about 12.00, they did the same thing to me. As a matter of principle, I hounded them. They reinstated me as a new surveyer... and same old ways... I will quit it before I lose more time and money.

Because they've done this to no doubt thousands of people. I was so frustrated and annoyed and just wasting my time getting stressed out over it and their appalling behaviour I deleted my account even with money owing. I just knew they wouldn't pay out and going by the hundreds of other comments on here and Facebook I was right. I now use inbox pounds.
