I have been waiting for an exchanged for 3 months on two dresses my new I'm still waiting going on the 4th month. I highly discourage ANYONE from using this site when it comes to making an exchange or expecting a refund. There seems to be no way to communicate with this company except through emails there's no one to speak to to complain to or even to give a recommendation to.

If you use PayPal, you won't get played. If the company tries to PayPal acts as your representative and goes after the company on your behalf.

Don't order from them China based, tiny cheaply made horrible stuff! I'm 130 pounds & XL is extremely tight on me or doesn't fit at all!
