on 7/2/13I ordered from liquidsun in all good faith, they took my money with speed but i've received no updates on my order status even though i've sent numerous e-mails to them, just wanna know if this is a legitimate trading site or have i been duped... my order was placed three weeks ago, with a promise that my order would be delivered within three days,,,,,, i've read the small print which say these timelines are only guidelines, but three weeks and counting is a bit worrying.
Does anybody have any info on how i can get my money back or have i messed up?

Three days becoming three weeks is pretty bad. Let them know that you're going to ask for a chargeback from the credit card since you haven't heard anything back from them and since it's been three weeks. Chargebacks aren't good for their business so that might get them to sit up and take notice. Then actually call the credit card company about that. You did pay with a credit card, right? Or Paypal?
