I'd like to point out that nowhere in the comment above is the question answered.

The question is "why are you charging while chatting" meaning "why are you charging per minute while chatting?"

I'd like to ask also, while charging per minute, the time it takes to compose a message is included, not just the press on the "send" button, right?

That would then mean that someone who types slowly would be charged more per nesssge in the end than a person who types quickly. Is that right?

And what if it is a longer message, which takes say 2-3 minutes in total to compose and the last two credits for one minute is used up, then the message cannot be sent, i.e., two credits wasted - on what?

How are the minutes counted when we must answer a phonecall for instance, and leave the other person hanging, or if the other person is really slow to respond? If we must wait 5 minutes for a response, are we charged for 5 minutes of waiting?

Does it also include the time it takes for the other person to compose a message? If it takes 3 minutes, are both chatters charged 6 credits or just the chatter composing the message?

Is chatting not charged by the second instead of by minute, if you also are charged for the time it takes to compose a message?

My questions are not important, and I do not require an answer to them, but please clarify why are you charging per minute while chatting? I suspect that the answer to my questions will be found in that clarification.
