It all depends on the method used to send those documents. If you use your email, then, you should have in the sent folder a copy of your email, that usually indicates that your email was already sent. Check your outbox, if your email in this folder then your documents have not been sent. If it was used another method like online application, then you need to get in contact with the page administrator.
