I purchased 2 shirts on Aug 2nd. I received an email saying the item was shipped on Aug 5th. The tracking number they provided did not work so that was the first red flag. Contacted them via email and was provided a link. According to that link items were to arrive in 7-10 business days. Almost a month later and still no items. I contacted their customer 'support' many times only to be send the link again with no response or respond with a short sentence 'will arrive in 7-10 days'. When I requested a refund as it is pretty clear that I will not be receiving the items they replied back with the shipping link. I don't know if their customer support is not allowed to interact and can only used canned responses but it is the most ridiculous thing I have experienced. I shop online a lot but this is one place I will never shop from. I have complained with the BBB and disputed the charges. If you want a company to be better hit them where it hurts, their wallet. Don't give them your hard earned money only to be given the run around.
