Answer:

Totally scam company! They mess up orders and no recourse is available once you receive your order. Zero customer service. Very disappointing!

What made you choose longfeelshifon.com over similar businesses?

Answer:

This website's clothes start appearing in my email and other sites I visit as ads. I thought the clothes looked pretty and prices seemed to be reasonable, so wanted to give it a try but turned out to be a big mistake. It is a scam website. They sent a totally different dress from what I ordered. The difference is like day and night.

Impossible to get a hold of any customer service. The only way to contact is thru email and they never respond to your email questions or concerns. Horrible customer service!
