Can you cancel an order before it ships.

No.

We had issues with their web site... had to try several times. We wanted the Warm white and in all the attempts to order, the one that went through we forgot to indicate warm versus cool (go figure, right). Within 30 seconds of the order being placed I sent an "Urgent" email to customer service, but was told they cannot stop any orders. They suggested I re order (nice scam), and when the wrong order arrives, send it back (at my cost).

Total scam artists and thieves.
