How can I return the 6 Luma Bright solar lights I ordered all failed

I ordered $400 worth and need a refund. Non of them work now!

I have 3 Lumina Bright lights that have not worked correctly after a week.
I replaced the rechargeable batteries and they still donot work.'
Let me know how I can return for a refund.
