How do you contact this company to get a defective product replaced? Cannot find a phone number or other contact information.

Am I talking to a LuminaBright employee or a person that bought the lights? It said at the beginning I might be talking to either one and it is just a guess but I will probably be talking to someone who bought them and they can't help me other than to tell me their horror story. I would like to know how to get my money back for these pretty much useless lights. I bought 10 lights and right out of the box 2 of them didn't work. And now I have 5 lights that don't work. Have had them for about 4 days and I keep losing 1 or 2 a day. I paid $306 for them and they are junk that I could have gotten at the Dollar Store. I did read before my purchase, that if you weren't completely satisfied with your purchase that you could return them with no questions asked. But low and behold, you can't find how to do that anywhere online. Silly me for believed that! I have tried all your tricks that I read in the bad reviews and nothing makes the bad lights work again. I would like to return them all for a refund. I do not want to sit around waiting for the 5 left to go bad like the rest. Can anyone help?

They tell you to send back to an Idaho address, you pay shipping.

Alternatively, they offer to save you time and money (because they are so concerned about your time) and rather than go to the post office, etc., "we'll refund you 65% of your purchase and you keep the (useless) product".

I'm thinking telling them to go ahead with the 65% is a better shot (assuming they follow through) than paying for shipping and then chasing them for full refund.

Additi0onally their web site says (buried way deep inside) that you not only pay for return shipping but "handling"... any bets their "handling" costs make up about 65%?.

Good thing I don't live in Idaho... would be at their door, hand delivering if you know what I mean.
