Answer:

NOT worth it! The airbrush is fine but the hassle of auto delivery which I didn't realize was part of it is expensive and not worth it! I canceled and still owe per the "agreement"! Very expensive after all this!

Ruddy complexions--yes (I have Rosacea and it covered the redness). Scarring--no (I have acne scars that were still very visible).
