How can I discontinue subscription and remove automatic charge? I haven't played since a couple weeks after first signing up... but see a $100 deduction from my bank account WITHOUT BEING NOTIFIED!

Unfortunately, Steven M. Is right. Their "Customer Service" is abysmal. I empathize with anyone who is stuck with Lumosity and their fraudulent business practices and bogus mind exercises.

All you can do is change your billing preference to not automatically go through. You can beg them for the money but I had no luck.
