How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Luxor Home Decor And Lighting?

My experience was very difficult. Whenever I called, I would get a message that said "Google will connect you." Then I was transferred to an automated voicemail. No one ever called me back. When I emailed, it would usually be a day or two before I would get a response.
