Answer:

15% + $3 + tax try bidding and being high bidder on an item for $1 and end up paying 3× that amount.

No, there is one on the sure now. Beware of purchasing items you can't view ahead of time. Go see it before you bid on it.

Answer:

They simply do not care how long you have to wait. Just hope the driver didn't find your item to be pretty cool or something his girlfriend would really like to have.
