Hi I ordered in MAC website, is the shipping prompt? I saw the shipping reviews after i ordered and i can find the shipping is worse. Is that true?

I know that typically once you use a make up/skin product you cannot return it. I have very sensitive skin and I do not like to keep trying products that do not work. Does this company work with you in terms of exchanges for similar products if I have an allergy to it?
