I have just read some of the bad reviews about Customer Services on MATCHESFASHION and I'm STUNNED.
I am NOT the easiest person to deal with and buying SHOES in the Hightstreet is difficult enough. I can only think that this company has taken quick action on your criticism because I found both the ON LINE CHAT and the STYLIST ADVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE was FANTASTIC.
If not. There is absolutely NO WAY that if I was not 100% SATISFIED with a PERSONAL SERVICE, Speed of delivery and QUALITY OF GOODS, that I would have bought One pair, let alone 3.
