How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Magicoceanbox.com?

I received emails from someone posing as customer care but they weren't at all helpful, gave me the runaround, eventually stopped replying to me. I doubt they have a customer care department.

You can't get in touch it's customer. Contact us means email us but we won't respond. I have tried for 7 days and no response.
