How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at members.mybdsmdirectory.com?

Answer:

It was absolutely impossible. Each night for 3 weeks I would attempt several times but w/o any luck. On only 3 occasions did I receive a generic computer driven reply to my email all of which failed to address any question I had. I even tried the phone #'s listed, one went overseas and was disconnected while the other went to the bay area, this one had several prompts, all of which ended in a voicemail.
