I so far have not had good service. The cosplay i wanted I was told was out of stock, after it said it was in stock online, while the wig was still avalible. I then reccomended 2 other costumes I would like, and was told they dont come in custom sizes. While their site gave me that option. When I finally found my costume (2 hours later). They original order was canceled and the new one was placed. I then had to argue with the lady on what wigs I needed. I told her I was going as 2 different people and need 2 different wigs. Now I am told that I have to place 2 seperate orders for the 2 costumes I need. It is 3 am where I am and was very tired, and had to deal with this at that time of day. Most; y because emailing took to long so I ended up having to call and get help, which made it worse. No price adjustment was given either. Has anyone else had issues like this?
