Too bad this "customer" didn't tell the whole story.
From an Employee with inside information
Buyer "claims" an item was missing from package.

According to Endicia Postage Service, the weight of the package to the exact ounce proves order was shipped complete. Then buyer claims an item arrived broken-when asked to please provide a picture for insurance purposes (standard procedure that our insurer requires), this buyer was "offended" and that claims their "integrity was challenged".

Buyer was offered a solution of two free chairs and also a refund-both of which were met with more threats to us as a business.

Thank goodness both sides can be heard.

I completely agree with company. All info is listed under frequently asked questions on the web site. It's straightforward. For their insurance purposes they need pictures and such. This isn't a large company. I'm assuming it's small and their procedures differ from larger ones. I had no issues with this company and I'm glad I ignored the negative reviews which are the same negative reviews I notice on every site.
I highly recommend this company.

And yet, the picture was provided and customer still treated disrespectfully. The long list of reviews with similar problems tells more than "Both sides" but all sides of the story.
