I agree But the company is in Indonesia and they don't care you know Americans have plenty of money

Why is Customer Service such an issue with this company? If you want to stay in business (and not be sued relentlessly) you should find a way to figure this out.
Why do you have so many bad reviews? Think I will keep looking. Why chance a 25 percent restock fee.
