I have placed an order and made payment but this was over two weeks ago and the seller still has a status of awaiting shipment, i have sent the seller two messages but to no avail, what do i do next ?

Seems you are at the Paypal claim point in this purchase. Just verify that the item you ordered was not a 'special order', as this requires the seller to order it from their distrubutor to sell to you. However, regardless of the circumstances, the seller should have/be replying to your queries.
