How to get refund for order placed based on sales team confirmation but not yet delivered even after 3 days of the occasion

I need a responsible feedback reg. order# 100046263. The operator 'Arpita' was very very rude when I called their number and asked for a feedback.
I had placed couple of orders in the month of Feb for valentines day. Th eorders were not delivered and after several tries, i got a chance to speak to them and they agreed to send me credit note. Well the credit note was sent as two emails for those orders . Now I have requested them to place two orders against those two credit notes. So far I have not received any order confirmation and at the same time the mobile number which has been provided is switched off. What am i supposed to do?: The email address from where you must have received the request is a.shaikhazhar@gmail.com
