I have been trying for a week to get an answer to my request to correct double billing for this program. My only response has been through Blue Snap but there is still no resolution. I'm getting very impatient! I want a refund for at least one of the charges. This is the only forum I've found where I can contact a MyHeritage representative?

Hi
After posting my complaint about MyHeritage on here I got a very quick response from some one called Dave at the company.
He told me to send an email to support@myheritage.com and add the subject Dave: sitejabber.
He responded a couple of days later - I emailed on a Saturday - and the auto repeat on my subscription was cancelled and my money refunded within days.

I think the best solution is to contact MyHeritage support team like Stephen wrote in his answer ( support@myheritage.com).
