Technically it all appears to check out, has a middling page rank and more than 11,000 backlinks on Yahoo, rated fairly well at Alexa, been there for 10 years. Name and address checks out. Active users in the forums, though not a huge amount of traffic there.

If you want to spend money here, and you have doubts, write to them - ask for some recent testimonials from members who speak the language you seek, and want to speak yours.
