I have a voucher to be redeemed at vacationrescenter.com/3_day)hotel.html and the website is not available. The voucher does not expire until January 14,2017. They filed for bankruptcyand immediately started doing business as Boom Street. They were actually making things right for a while through the BBB but then stopped answering request from BBB. Tanya is right if you paid with a CC you can have them reverse the charges. If not you can try to contacting financial institution you paid through.

Call Citizens Advice Bureau. They should be able to advise. I don't think ncrowd exist anymore.
