Is newlymodern.com a scam or a legit company?

Answer:

I would say it's a scam company. They charged my credit card when I placed my order and then I never heard from them. No emails were answered and there's no phone number listed. Although they provided a link to check the status of my order, this page never changed. All that happened is my credit card was charged. No merchandise received

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at newlymodern.com?

Answer:

Next to impossible. There is no phone number listed and the only email that didn't get a bounce back was "Support@" but no one answered any of my emails.
