I ordered a dress back in February and still haven't received my dress. I spoke with someone on another order and they informed me that it was held up in customs due to OKdress not getting with someone to pick up at customs? Could this still be the issue for not received!
My dress is still processing but the money has been taken out of my account what should I do? I cant track my parcel.

I have just ordered my prom dress from OKdress and after reading the reviews, i am now really nervous if my dress is going to come alright. My prom is 6 weeks away, i am now nervous if its going to come on time. How long does shipping usually take?
Why do you say ''co.uk'' if you are not shipping from the UK? I've been tricked before by the same kind of companies, bad experience. I was interested in a dress from your site, they look gorgeous, but after reading the reviews. I am totally concerned. Sizes smaller than ordered, faulties, dresses unfinished., really! How can I be sure I get what I order?
If I order a dress and it doesn't fit can I return it
