Many thanks for that, luckily we used a credit card to buy the shares and the credit card company have reimbursed us the money and will now chase up OneShare to get the money back
What is the state of play with OneShare are they still operating as we purchased Disney shares back in October 2013 and have not received anything, emails we sent were answered for a while but now nothing even the telephone number is not recognised, tried looking for answers online but found nothing, any information about them would be great. Thanks

It looks like they are out of business. You can get framed single shares of stock through GiveAshare.com.

Not sure if they are out of business, but I believe they are. Company website has been undergoing maintenance for several months. If they are still open I would not do business with them, as many people have had problems getting their stock. There are other companies out there that would be more than happy to do business with you. However, do your research first.
