As for your package, we sent a shipping confirmation with tracking information to you on the 9th. As I sure you are aware from all the coverage it is getting, the USPS is very behind but your tracking does show that your package is till moving to you and was scanned this morning departing Memphis TN. We certainly wish we could control the post office but to be honest, they are simply overwhelmed with increased volume from the double hit of COVID and Christmas. Praying your package makes it to you on time.
