Hi sorry to hear that, but Canada goose jackets are completely fake when you buy them online, even they don't look at all like real Canada goose, even you send it back to them you don't get your money back it's scam, if you get try keep it, if you like Canada goose and if you are from London, go to Harrods store in central London you will find the real one, take care
