why do you guys have too much negative feedback from your customers?

Hi Farida, I don't think you can please every body can you? Does it mean you're a bad person?. I personally been with patpat for more than a year, I was too scared to use shopping on line cause I have never done it before. But my first order was through patpat, and I never went wrong! They always the best to deal with in all positive ticked boxes. Hope you don't take that one negative thought into consideration. Thank you xxx
