Is paycmi.com a scam or a legit company?

Answer:

They are a legit company. CMI Credit Mediators Inc. P. O. Box 456 Upper Darby, PA 19082 (610) 352-5151 However they are not mediators at all. They do not verify weather the money is legit owed, the claim they are not authorized to do so, all they can do is lower the bill and that is it. They do not care nor do they make a effort to rectify the problem.
