Q: trying to confirm legitimacy 8 seconds ago

Answer:

Well, Tommy D. Thinks we are all idiots and morons, but if that is the case, why do the lot numbers on the Frontline Plus boxes shipped from this fraudulent company not match the foil packs inside? According to the EPA and Frontline, that is a dead giveaway that they are FAKES. This company is a complete fraud, and you are a complete fool to order anything from them, let alone to make repeat orders for more fake product. This company is NOT legit in any way, shape or form. I also have the product and packaging to PROVE it.

I have read that your seresto collars are fake. is that true

Answer:

I checked with Bayer, the manufacturer of the collars after I got mine. They had me check for several numbers on the packaging. One that they asked for wasn't even on the packages. At that point Bayer advised me NOT to use them because even if they DID manufacture the collars... they couldn't even confirm if they were made by Bayer... they are not intended for use in the United States. I finally got most of my money refunded, but it took almost 2 months, and they did not refund an international fee that showed up on my bank statement the day after the original charge posted. I contacted them about that and they said that was a charge from my bank for ordering something from outside the US. Nothing on their website indicates they are not in the States or there will be an international fee added after the purchase. I did contact my bank and they told me they did not collect a fee for the purchase and Pet Care Supplies had added that on. The fee was only an additional $4.00 plus change so I gave up fighting with Pet Care Supplies but I will never order from them again, and I would advise anyone not to do business with them

Some people say your products are counterfeit. i love your prices but worry about tnis. how can you ease my mind that your products aren't harmful to my pets? how long to get to california? thank you

Yes, all our products are genuine. We buy all the products directly from authorized wholesalers and hence control our supply chain. All our products are genuine and are official versions manufactured by the same manufacturer who makes the equivalent product for the USA market. Products sold on petcaresupplies.com are selected and approved by our in-house vet surgeons to ensure that they are safe and are from the brand name manufacturers

I tried to place my order this morning and my debit card got blocked due to the bank not knowing the site since you are out of the country? should i just call and place my order?

How long does it to get to the us ?

Answer:

The first time I ordered, it took almost 2 months total and I had to keep calling. I chalked it up to a shipping mishap and made the mistake of ordering again. It took more than 3 weeks. Becaus eod the delay, my dog broke out in hot spots, lost his hair, got infected and I just spent $300 at the vet. If you need something immediately... this is NOT the place to order. Even though they will update the order and say "shipped" add 4-8 WEEKS to the ship date they post.
