I paid for my subscription. Why can't I access the site?

What is your refund policy?
Anyone else getting an error when trying to log into pinkwink? I have paid my dues every month for over a year! Now, just like that.... nothing!!! Lots of scammers on this site too. I give up. :(
can't log in/ keeps saying connection time out. I paid 9.99 for the month and don't want to pay if I can access it
I feel like an idiot. I wasted twenty bucks on scam, could have bought so much with that. :'< What they say is true, it's all scam. The messages are fake. You should us Ok Cupid, that's real.
