Why do we lose so many points when we lose a game and only get 1 or 2 points when we win a game. i just lost a game and lost 27 points for 1 game.

Answer:

Difference between ratings, a person with a smaller rating that beats a person with a higher rating will get a larger bounty than a player with a higher rating beating a lower ranked player will get a smaller bounty, Also, pattern of playing changes when there are differences in ratings. Odds of pattern play are further tilted towards lower ranked player and handicapping the larger rated player.
