It seems there is no way to dispute a ban, so my guess is they don't want to answer up to just throwing people off they don't like.

I can't find a way to dispute it. They banned me after over a decade for no reason I can figure and there's no way back.

Just shut them down, find out what company owns this, find out where it's based, contact trading standards and say they're taking liberties.
