How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Populardirect.com?

They'll answer the phone... eventually. But they're not necessarily able to help - don't know when an account will be approved (2+ weeks into the 2-3 business day review period!), and took 2 calls to find out why a transfer failed (first person apparently didn't know that the sending bank's rejection contained the reason).
