It seems pqdvd is no longer in business. their automated license retrieval system on their website doesn't work. the live support chat function has been disabled for many months. i contacted their online vendor, 2checkout.com and they tried getting a response from pqdvd with no luck. they should take down their website if they're no longer in business.

Hi, Does anyone know if PQDVD are still going. I have tried to buy an ipod suite upgrade from them but no reg code came through and I ended up having to get my money back from paypal. Since the refund I have been unable to contact PQDVD on their site. This is good software that I have used for a couple of years but need the upgrade to run on windows 7 with DVR-MS. The trial version works well but I just cant contact them. Help please. Cliff
