It's a scam 100% I put the pictures of my conversation with the gentleman who claimed that he wanted to buy my car but that I must use that site to get him my car report. Don't be fooled people!
It is a Scam, refer to my review. I was asked to get a report directly from this website while selling my car, after putting in random numbers/letters, it came up with a "report" for me to buy for 25$.
