Answer:

Do not order from PromDairy. Do yourself a favor and save your money. They don't send the size you order and the quality is poor. I have been fighting with them for a month and a half to even get 50% of my money. They want to give me anywhere from 5-20%. I they say I have to return the dress to them which will cost $100 since they are in China to receive 50%! They site says complete satisfaction which is far from the truth!

Theres a specific dress that i cant find anywhere but on this site, i see a handful of good reviews although most of them are bad. i need to know if the dresses with beading are mainly the ones that turn out bad? i really want this dres! theres no other one like it! shuld i chance it?

Answer:

I would not if I were you. The one I tried to order had lots of beads and it turned out looking bad, they design you the cheaper version of the dress you see online!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! ITS A SCAM. Dress are $#*!, look nothing like the picture and will give u the run around on a refund..

Did anyone purchase the a-line/princess straps sleeveless beading floor-length chiffon dresses and was it one of the 10% that actually turned out good? as soon as i bought it, i found this website and freaked out. within 5 minutes of placing my order, i emailed them because they claim to have a 100% money back with in 6 hours of placing the order. just to make sure, i sent three but no reply yet. They did not ship me the correct dress. There is NO customer service. I do not have much hope to offer you.

I had previously asked about the shipping time and was told that the dress is normally received by promised date, but i paid to receive my dress by the 30th and the status still says it is under tailoring. has anyone else had this problem? because it is really stressing me out as my prom date is may 2nd. Answer:

If I were you I would start looking for a back up plan because it is most likely not going to be there when it says it will. The same thing happened to me and mine came 3 weeks after it said it would arrive!

Answer:

I have been fighting with them for 3 months. They want you to pay for the return to China and than only want to give you 1/2 your money, if you are lucky. But it cost a lot to ship to China so it is not really worth it.

Answer:

The top of the dress that I ordered for my daughter looks nothing like the picture. If that wasn't bad enough, the size they sent was 2 sizes smaller than what was ordered.

I received a dress. It was very poorly made, looked nothing like the one we ordered, size was wrong. Beads falling off and they give you the run around on a refund. Its a scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
