how can I get to level 57.? it keeps kicking me back to 56
I have emailed, posted on fb and not received answers, if I don't get a response, I am canceling asap, after the things that i have read your site is horrible! wish i did more research before signing up for the 30 free trial
why do you not give refunds for the days yyour site doesnt work?
I placed twice recently in tourneys winning cash and Pure play states it doesn't show in their reports. I know I placed, they won't tell me who placed in the tourney where I know exactly which place and tourney it was. They also have quit sending emails when I place in the money. Pure Play, why did you quit sending out emails when a player places in the money? And why are you denying I won when I can tell you exactly which tourney and day it happened?

I was a member of the players club and I was not able to play in any of the play money games so I canceled ny membership. I was paid up until Feb 2017 and I should get a refund. Will I and when?
What has happened to the site lately? Nothing seems th esame? Today I coud get the site up but then A pp symbole with a red lightening bolt appeared and I coul dnot get out. I had to shut down my comouter.
