Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Quick Candles staff and previous consumers.
What success story? If you happen to get the items you ordered, AND they are in tack... you are one of the very few lucky ones. Their customer service is rude and they hang up on you during phone calls, they will disconnect you from a chat and basically they are taught to keep you on the "hamster wheel" until you finally give up. If you are one of the very few lucky ones you will get the magic call from a Customer Service Manager asking you, "can you clarify what you are trying to accomplish?" So when your head pops off and you release enough steam to power a freight train, you then direct them to look over the pages and pages of emails and chat and they come back after a brief hold and ask you the same question... at that point you should ask for a refund because that is the person who will give it to you and then tell you to dispose of the items you want to return. It is a legit company who needs a legit customer service trainer.
