No one is replying to my emails on customer service and all phone numbers are wrong. I have ordered ysl sandale and now I am starting to believe that the entire site is a scam.

This site is not a scam. It's based in Italy. If it were a scam, it wouldn't have been able to operate for this long. Customer service is crap, I agree, just give it time. They need to source your item from the supplier first as they don't keep any stock. Once they have received the item, they will charge your credit card and send it off to you. Depending on how quickly the supplier can deliver the product, it may take a few weeks. Your credit card has not been charged yet, the money is merely put on hold until the item gets shipped out to you. They only have one English speaking customer service guy and I'm sure he prefers to do other things then to answer phones or respond to emails.

Hi I have never had any problems with them on the contrary. Try to look on your bank account because if they are out of stock they just refund the money sometimes without informing you
