on 5/6/19I believe it's a lack of communication between them and the delivery guys. I had the same issue and cancelled my account. Watch out for your invoices too.
3x's no delivery with false promises. Poor business practices.
4x's no delivery in one week. Still no water. Complete lack of empathy from customer service. They just give false promises.
Choose a different provider. Frankly choose anybody - you can't do any worse than Ready Refresh.
3x no delivery and it says delivered. When I got my new water dispenser since waiting for a month had to get a new one. The delivery personal told me that now they get commission for delivery and they don't care if you get the bottles or not. I live in an apt complex and he said they we'll leave it on the curbside like WHAT! WHO DOES THAT! So all of my bottle were out for charity. The account has a address & apt number not street corner code or something. Worst company can't get through to them.
