I was charged approx. $50. On my card, I HAVE NEVER used this before. I am NOT happy. Who do I need to contact to dispute this? Never ever used this, don't even know what it is

I phoned them up to complain and they refunded one months payment and cancelled the account. They will tell you that you signed up on such a date and gave them your card details. They would have taken the first payment 5 days later if you didn't cancel. I'm convinced I cancelled straight away but can't prove it. They stung me for over $150.

EXACTLY THE SAME HAPPENED TO ME! I WAS NEVER EVER ON THIS SITE AND MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED FOR 50usd!
