Seeing negative comments on the ambiguity of canceling the 7dy free trial. Am I walking into a scam or is this a legitimate business? Any guarantees?

Hi Brit,

Thanks for your question. We are a legitimate business; our 7-day free trial does require credit/debit card information, but so long as it's downgraded (cancelled) within the 7 days, there is no billing whatsoever. If it isn't downgraded within that timeframe, then it will convert into the Premium Monthly Plan. You can downgrade your membership online, by phone, chat, or email. Please let us know if you have further questions or concerns.
