S b. said this: does anyone actually read the terms and conditions before complaining about the auto-renewal policy? obviously not. definitely a sign of poor education in this country if people can't comprehend a paragraph longer than 3 sentences or less than 20 point font! here is a reasonable reply to his complaint: the fee was for 5 day's. that is what we all read prior to accepting the fee for 5 day's. so we must have seen something very small somewhere but we had already read it was to be for 5 day's. why would someone pay for 5 days for something then say immediately at the stroke of the clock "charge me again i really want 35 days - i didn't mean only 5 day's". instead, they would have simply paid for 35 days. i have never done or seen a transaction as such. get real, 20 font isn't necessary but yes at least 11! trying to bring people down with negative/demeaning criticism makes you look stuck up like a fool, heartless and a grouch - in general. some people can just never admit they, or things are wrong when it hurts other people, especially when it involves pure conniving and revert to arguing or negativity instead. please learn effective communication and mannerism one of these day's. - christina a. in oregon. These are untrue statements. We have asked our many satisfied customers to post their positive experiences about Roomster to counteract the negative, and mostly untrue statements posted about us. If you notice that Sitejabber has negative reviews of almost every company doing business in the united states. If it was all true, there would be no business left and everyone would be out of work. People never write good reviews, people love to be negative. Its sad.
