I sent a check to RV park for the amount of 47.77. At this time I have not recieved any information and my check #1048 for 47.77 has not been cashed. Is this a scam?

I have tried to make contact to receive a refund. They say they don't have me on record but have charged me. BAD BUSINESS! STAY AWAY FROM THIS!
